Floor covering prices for Carpet $ Pad Labor to $3.00 - $4.50 a yard. These prices will vary pending material and brand. Vinyl or commercial Hardwood will range $7.00 to $15.00 per yard. Floor preparation is one of the most important factors of any job. If it is only something small, in many cases we will repair it for free or minimal charge, however; Should your job run longer than 45 minutes to an hour, it will be $49.95 per hour.
Hardwood and Laminate labor is bidded by the square foot. Depending on footage / sq. ft. - We install for for $1.50 to $2.50 plus floor prep if needed (high floor joints or something else that needs addressed). We will do whatever it takes to make the job perfect. Ceramic Tile are also bidded by the square foot, tile, and board. We do have a minimum charge such as for small baths and/or foyers at $200.00. Other larger jobs are bid by the square foot from $1.50 sq. ft, to $7.00 sq. ft.
